Zella's Soulful Kitchen is proud to offer our fabulous food and services in a variety of ways to fit your needs: Full Service, Deliveries, and Set-Ups.
Menu Prices
Printed menu prices do not include Sales Tax, Service Charge, Delivery, or Pick-up charges.
Paper plates, plastic cutlery, serving utensil & napkins are an additional .50 per person. While Zella's Catering strives to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Prices are subject to change without notice due to market conditions.
Full-Service
Our experienced serving personnel will do everything required to create the perfect event from start to finish.
Serving Staff
Personnel charges are based on a 4 hour event time, plus set-up and clean-up.

Coordinator On-Site Upon Request
Delivery & Set-ups
Delivery orders should be placed ten business days prior to the event date. Delivery charges are based on time and location.
Rentals
Upon request, Zella's will coordinate the rental needs for your event. Additional charges will be added for the Use of the equipment, Delivery, Set-up, Breakdown, and Pickup.
Service Charge
A Service Charge will be added to the cost of food and beverage on all events with serving personnel. This charge helps to defray the costs involved when coordinating a Full Service event. This is not a gratuity.
Gratuity
Gratuity for Serving Personnel is not included. However, tips are considered proper and greatly appreciated by our Serving Staff. Please pay directly to the server.
Deposit and Payment
A MINIMUM DEPOSIT of 50% of total price is required to confirm an Order and secure pricing.
ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO THE EVENT. Payments with Personal Check must be received 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE. Payments with Cash, Cashiers Check, or Money Orders must be received 3 WORKING DAYS IN ADVANCE. Unpaid balances will be subject to Penalties, Interest, or both.
Order Confirmation
To confirm an order, Zella's MUST have a signed "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" contract and receive the REQUIRED DEPOSIT for that event.

Please note that menus do not include beverages, rentals, equipment, linens, serving personnel, delivery production cost, sales tax or gratuity.
